This edition includes 'Rolla', 'La Nuit de Mai', 'Sur La Paresse', 'Le 13 Juillet' and 'A Mon Frere' as well as several other poems. Alfred Louis Charles de Musset-Pathay was a French dramatist, poet and novelist. He was born in Paris to an upper-class but poor family. He was the librarian of the French ministry of the Interior for the July Monarchy. Several of Musset's poems were used by composers of the 19th century for songs.
