First published October, 1913. 8vo. 289 pp. One-half green leather with white, paper-covered boards. Gilt lettering to the spine; spine has five raised bands with publisher's decorations. Introduction by W. D. Howells. Very good with top corners worn through; moderate edge wear with some scrapes to the leather. Very good only.
