Washington: Government Printing Office, 1902. 1st Edition . Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Red buckram cloth spine with red cloth covers, the hinges are in good order. The text is complete, light stain to the bottom half of the fore-edge margin, some toning and a few marks to the title. 166 pages. Belfast library in neat gilt at the base of the spine and early 20th century pictorial bookplate on the floral endpaper, faint number at the top of the spine, neat blindstamp (without ink) at the top corner of the title, and faint number on the title reverse. The larger part of the book being on the subject of criminology, includes several pages on the mafia, a case of 'pure murder'.
