In a full black calf binding. Externally a trifle worn; with a few small dents to the leather, which is bumped to the extremities. Gilt page edges on three sides. Beautifully marbled endpapers. Title page is foxed along with a few other pages, a small watermark in one small portion; otherwise normal aging and page toning. Spine is tooled and gilt and the covers have a tooled border.
