Pretoria, 1912. Hardcover. Good. Agtste druk. Gilt titling to spine. The boards are shelfrubbed and discoloured and there is a diagonal crease across the top outer corner of the front where the board has been bent. The corners are sl. turned and rubbed and the spine ends gently crushed. The front joint is tender, with some of the netting visible, but not cracked. The prev owner's name is faintly written to the front pastedown and to the bfep verso. The ffep and the half-title page bear the same person's rubber stamp. Patterned endpapers. The last leaf and the two back endpaper leaves have a vertical closed tear of 4-5cm immediately adj. to the spine base. Binding good. 334pp unmarked and undiscoloured. No publisher info.
