Hong Kong: The Commercial Press, 1989. First edition. Hardcover. vg to near fine. Quarto. 212pp. (3). Tan cardboard slipcase, with dark blue lettering in Chinese and English on the cover and spine. Dark blue buckram boards with silver lettering in English and Chinese on the front cover and spine. Beautifully printed orange textured endpapers. The publication documents the material showcased at the China National Postage Stamp Museum at the exhibition held in July 1988, to commemorate the 110th anniversary of the first Chinese postage stamp. The exhibition is documented through text and high quality color photographic reproductions. Text in Chinese and English. Slipcase with some light rubbing to some corners and the back cover. Binding with some minor smudges and scratches. Slipcase in very good, binding in very good+, interior in near fine condition overall.
