This is the usual McGraw-Hill olive green hardcover with title in gold lettering in black title band on spine, 545pp. Cover is almost like new, with only the slightest loss of color at tips of corners. Moderate foxing on page edges. Placename and date written on and prior owner's name stamped into the title page.
