NY: Modern Library; (1954). Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Early printing of ML #239, near fine in a very good+ dust jacket. There are 380 ML titles on the interior of the jacket, and 81 ML Giants listed at the end of the book, which according to Toledano indicates a 1958 printing. Light wear and soiling to the book, with a small, faint splash stain to the black topstain. The price clipped jacket has a little edgewear and a small tear at the head of the spine. 552 pages; no names or other writing in or on the book. This ML title was only in print from 1954 through 1970.
