B&W Illustrations; 11.7 X 9.1 X 2.0 inches; 687+ pages; Hardcover is grey faux leather with black cloth spine with gold lettering on spine. Slight rubbing, bumping to boards. DJ has slight rubbing, scuffing and bumping; in a mylar cover. Laid in is a 2 page article by Vivian Brichta, from April, 1980. Pages are clean and tight. 3 volumes in one. Pages are numbered by each volume. There are ca. 115 b/w plates through the book. Volumes 2 and 3 each have a bibliography and index. Originally published 1969-1971.
