Author's presentation inscription to Colonel Jack Vincent, Director of the Natal Parks Board, on upper cover. 242 x 162 mm; saddle-stitched paper wrappers; pp. [48-68]; diagram. Wrappers partially sunned, and tearing slightly at staples. Good condition. French text. A study of the now critically endangered Mascarene petrel by seabird specialist Christian Jouanin, perhaps best known for bringing Jouanin's petrel to the attention of science. .
