Portland. OR: [the author], 1919. 32p. staplebound booklet, 3.25x6 inches, some ink marks to the front cover, interior generally clean, with some oxidation at the staples. Not found in OCLC as of April 2024. Contains two essays; the first is in the form of an open letter to the Court of Appeals in San Francisco protesting decisions in the cases of Socialist leader Eugene Debs and businessman J. Henry Albers, the latter man having been tried for his support of the Germans during WW I. The second essay, "Double treason of 'The Press'," criticizes media coverage of Eugene Debs.
