Volume features image of Johnson to front panel, Hibbert to back. --- A clean, bright, tightly-bound copy with prior owner's inked notations to front free endpaper, else bright, tightly-bound and otherwise unmarked. Dust jacket with slight chafing to extremities, but no other obvious damaes; wrapped in removable archival mylar protector.; Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; xiv, 364 pages .
