NYC: American Museum of Natural History, 1931 665 pp with 72 illustrations in text, a color fold-out reconnaisance map of the Gobi area, and 35 B&W plates after the text. The fossils described in this volume were obtained during several season's field work by the Central Asian Expeditions, led by Roy Chapman Andrews, of 1922, 1923 and 1925. Text is clean, tiught, unmarked, toned with a few dog-earred pages. Orange cloth boards are clean, bumped at extremities. DJ is intact with some lightning to spine and some edgewear. Now in protective mylar.. 1st Edition.. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Thick Quarto.
