cat40a. London: Methuen, (1914). First Colonial edition. Green cloth, spine designed and lettered in gilt. End papers bear ads for Methuen's Colonial Library. 32-page publishers catalogue at rear. A little foxing to end leaves, some scuffs to hinges, slight discoloration to back cover, a very good copy. The American edition was published in 1914, and the regular British edition appeared with a date of 1915.
