Book is in Very Good- condition: Cover is lightly scuffed, gilt titles are bright, corners bumped. 1 1/4" tear along front of spine edge, 1 3/4" tear along back edge. Interior hinges are perfect and strong, binding intact, foldout maps are intact. Some interior pages are damp stained in margins, edges of page block are lightly soiled. No marks are noted to text, except: Book is dedicated on ffep by one family member of author to another: Thos. Rodd to Julian Rodd. NOT EX-LIBRARY.
