New York: MacMillan and Co.. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1932. First American Edition. Hardcover. Color and b&w reproductions; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 118 pages; [1932] Macmillan Oversize HC/DJ. 1st American edition, published with sheets printed in London. Original red cloth with titles in gilt to spine. Front endpages with partial splitting in the hinge have been archivally mended with japanese kozo paper tape; light offset toning to endsheets.. Color pictorial dust jacket is a bit faded and toned at spine and with several chips missing from the shelf rubbed edges. A group of closed tears across the front panel have old paper tape mends to the blank reverse surfaces of the jacket. Illustrated with numerous b&w and color reproductions. Uncommon in original dust jacketed examples. VG-/G+ ... Oversize book may require additional charges for expedited or international shipping. .
