Second edition revised and enlarged.. 1922.. 6 folding maps & plans, black and white photographic illustrations, xiv + 523pp, appendices, index, delightfully bound in bright orange silk covered boards, final folding map trifle browned on margins with some separation at folds in one or two places but generally very good, light wear to silk at head and tail of spine, lower cover perforated in one small area. Very good. A lovely copy of a classic work. .
