Gray wraps with gray taped spine with titles in black on front and spine. Cover titles are embossed. With over 550 color illustrations of patterns for rugs and carpets and 29 pages of black and white illustrations of hardware [curtain rods, window shades, shade rollers, carpet hardware for installation, etc.].
General light wear to wraps. Some age toning. Corners are lightly creased. Interior clean and bright, binding strong. No price list included. The Carson Company was founded in 1854 and at one time had expanded to over 50 locations mostly in the Midwest. Louis Sullivan designed the iconic Carson, Pirie, Scott and Company Building in 1899 which stands at the corner of State and Madison in Chicago.
