Oxford, UK: Oxford University Press, 1969. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. Quarto. xlvii + 1568 pp. Fifth impression @1978. 8.5" x 11.1" black cloth boards, gilt spine letters. Binding tight, pages clean, unmarked, paper a bit wavy throughout the bottom edge of the text block, but fluffy and fresh to the touch; i.e., well-preserved. Text block foreedge smudged a bit in 3" middle, boards with slight concave warp (perhaps 1/4 to 3/8" against a straight edge running top to bottom in the middle of the fr.).
