London: Rapp & Whiting; (1968). First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. First hardcover edition of the author's first published book, very good+ in a very good dust jacket. The Ace paperback original was published in 1968, and this hardcover was published later the same year. Light soiling to page edges; book is tight and square. The jacket has tiny chips at corners and spine ends, and a little wear at edges. The spine and rear panel are lightly soiled, and there is a little rubbing. "21s net" price at bottom of front flap; no names or other writing in or on book except for the author's signature on the front endpaper
