Chicago, Ill: The University of Chicago Press, 1940. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Good. Signed by the author on the half title page. There is light bumping to the spine and a previous owner signature, in pencil. Contents are clean and tight with maybe a little toning to the contents. The dust jacket is price clipped with some tears along the flap folds and several repaired tears and a chip is missing at the top of the spine.
