Full page photographic plate of the house tipped-in; folding estate plan to rear (approx 30 cm x 32 cm) with property shown in colour. Stapled printed cream card wraps. Covers lightly foxed, with a few minor creases; contents clean and crisp. A Very Good copy. Details of the freehold gentleman's residence "Newlands" overlooking Frenchay Common near Bristol, comprising some 9 acres of grounds and pasture, the house itself and numerous outbuildings.
