Very good. 1907 Curry, Mrs Belle PARSONS, LABETTE COUNTY, KANSAS, YEARS FROM 1869 TO 1895 STORY OF THE BENDERS Parsons, Kansas: Bell Bookcraft Shop, nd [1937] 1/50 copies 124pp, index, blue pebble cloth stamped in gold The previous owner Lucile Ruth Offutt has extensively underlined and marked in the margins, noting the names of all the early settlers and residents of Parsons She has noted on the first page: "Please Do Not Make any kind of underling or mark in My Books, even though you discover I may have overlooked one I should have made If you'll make a note of the pages and names I missed I'll do my own marking to bring my work on those names up to date" She has noted on the front pastedown page and on the title page this is her book Her markings and annotations are in red and blue ink The corner tips, lower edge of spine show some rubbing and wear; the binding is tight Six Guns lists this book twice, #534, #1208, noting it as Scarce Very Good hardcover.
