Hardback, first edition, 1981-3, published by Hambledon Press, London.
Each volume has its dust jacket. Some discolouration to jacket spines and wear at edges. The first two volumes are ex-library books and have typical stamps, markings, label remnants, etc. Boards and spines show a little shelf-wear but generally very clean - the first volume's spine has a small library sticker but otherwise there are only a few small marks to the boards of each volume. Bindings firm. Page edges a little marked and the first two volumes contain library stamps. Page edges tanned, especially third volume. Page surfaces are very clean, with no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information. A nice set.
