Memphis, TN: The hotel, under the management of J.W. Scott, 1923. First edition. 8vo. Eight unnumbered leaves: title page, two pages printing six interior views, a page illustrating the completed hotel, with printed description, and six leaves with architectural floor and room plans. The hotel was located at Poplar and Parkview, opening on New Year's Eve, 1923. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Original printed cream wrappers, tied. Very good.
