New York: George Braziller, 1966. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good+ Dust Jacket. 8x5x1. Stated 1st edition with no other printings listed. With portrait/introduction by Robert Phelps. Very good hardcover with good+ DJ, from a personal collection (NOT ex-library). Previous owner's name in pencil on front endpaper along with a number and price (50 cents) in pen, otherwise text very good. Binding is tight, sturdy, and square. Shelfwear is very minor. Unclipped dust jacket has age-toning/edgewear and a few spots of discoloration, now protected in Mylar wraps. Ships from Dinkytown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
