Testimony before Congress regarding supposed fraudulent election for delegate to Congress from the Territory of New Mexico.Chaves was represented by noted territorial lawyer Kirby Benedict. For what it is worth, the last auction record for this item was 1941. Voter fraud 19th century style!; Book; 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall .
