Front hinge a bit loose, all eight photogaphic plates intact. Signed by Leete on the title page and inscribed by him on the dedication page "With heartiest congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Jackson on their attainment of the great wedding anniversary.". Inscribed By the Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
