[4], vii-xiv, [2], 3-314 pp. Bound in grey cloth with the title and the publisher blocked in navy cloth and embossed in gold lettering; grey topstain. Illustrated by a frontispiece portrait of Henry M. Shreve and by a few additional photograph plates. Decorations by Nancy Beatty Eskew. A Near Fine book with a contemporary owner's name written in pencil on the free front end paper and on the verso of the frontispiece.
