About This Item

New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, 1951. Hardcover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. x, 181pp. Nicely illustrated in black and white. Several minor bumps to extremities and only light soiling to cloth and edges of pages. Mild tanning to paper. Small black spot to fore-edges of pages that partially extends to margins, though this isn't offensive. Text clean. Binding sound. Dust-jacket admits to a number of chips and tears and light soiling and general wear, though, overall, is a positive to the appearance of the volume. Remains a largely attractive copy
