Illustrated throughout with twenty-four lithographs by Herbert Railton, which have been tinted by Fanny Railton. With loosley-inserted newspaper reviews of the book. In a cloth binding with original dustwrapper. Externally, smart, though with some bumping. Dustwrapper has significant loss and is in three pieces. Internally, firmly bound. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Pages are bright, though with some scattered foxing throughout Very Good

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
