Pale blue cloth with dark blue lettering to spine, and Gollancz yellow dustjacket with maroon and black lettering, which quotes Steinbeck's opinion of the novel on the front. 248pp. Very Good in Good+ jacket. Light browning and spotting to cover edges, creased spine ends. Browning and spotting to closed page edges, light foxing and browning to endpapers. Light wear to jacket edges incl. tiny losses, a few abrasions to spine, which is browned. Spotting, browning and light handling marks to back and front; unclipped, no inscriptions.
