Ginn & Company, 1894. Hardcover. Good - Cash/No Jacket. **Signed by Charles R. Mabey, former Governor of Utah. Brown hardcovers with darker brown leather on the spine. Embossed detailing to the spine. Gold gilt lettering at the top and bottom of the spine. More general surface and edge wear to the cover. The corners have been bumped. The boards are exposed in the corners and along the edges of the cover. Chipping and small tears to the top edge of the spine. Discoloration to the spine. The binding has a slight tilt. Several cracks in the spine throughout the book. A few of the cracks are beginning to reveal the netting. Pages show reader wear. Some of the text has underlining and notations. Pages have soiling and tanning. Binding is tight and pages are secure. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
