US: Cooper Square Publishers, 1964. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good -. First Edition in Second Edition dust jacket. Black cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine and front board. Soiling to text at page 46; otherwise, pages are clean and unmarked. Top edge of text block is soiled and foxed. Boards are clean with rubbing to lower edge, corners and ends of spine; small scuff mark near lower edge of front board; corners and ends of spine bumped. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket has moderate to heavy scuffing with rubbing, creasing and chipping to edges, corners and ends of spine; price marked out in black sharpie at front flap. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
