Printed by Fred Athoensen of the Southworth Press, Portland, Maine. Near Fine - slight age toning to spine. In original glassine dust jacket. In slipcase of lavender paper over boards with paper spine label. The slipcase has light soiling, and slightly faded spine, else very good+.
