Orlando, 1986. unbound. 5.5 x 8.5 inches on a trimmed sheet of Orlando Sentinel stationery, showing Reagan in a jovial mood. Inscribed "To Howard with best wishes!" and boldly signed on the bottom right: "Dana Summers - The Orlando Sentinel The Washington Post writers group." No date, circa 1986. Bottom edge unevenly trimmed, but otherwise near fine.<br/><br/> Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist best identified by his conservative edge to humor.<br/><br/>
