Letter dated July 30, 1894. On US Senate letterhead, letter is addressed to J W Gephart of Belleforte, Pennsylvania. 8 x 10 inches on recto only. Gorman was Maryland Senator and lived 1839 - 1906. Note with letter indicated Gorman went blind at 11 years of age. VG plus, some fold lines. .
