Published bu-monthly by authority of law with the approval of the Regents of the University and entered at the post office at Madison as second-class matter. Signed by author in ink on top of title page. Ex. museum with stamp and identification numbers on front cover, stamp on title page. Paper covers have significant chipping and tears to edges and corners, covers are quite soiled and dirty, tears and creasing to spine, spine ends are torn and missing. One inch section of back cover torn. Interior page edges are chipped, edges are browning, some foxing spots. Overall pamphlet in Good- to Good condition.. Signed by Author. Paper Covers. Good-. Size: Approx. 6 1/4" x 9 3/4". History.
