The editor has added a collation of the first 9 edtitions of "The Oregon Trail" showing the author's changes to the text. The editor also identifies several of the persons encountered by Parkman in his travels in the West in 1846. Pocket inside rear cover. Marked on top edge of pages and spine - otherwise clean and tight.. Cloth. Very Good+/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
