Both signed on the front pastedown endpaper by geologist, celebrated geo-photographer, and "dean of the well watchers" Jack Rathbone (1917 - 2003). Near Fine condition in bright and shiny Good dust jackets (edge tears/small chips). Square and tight. Hinges are perfect. NOT library discards. NOT remainders. Pages are bright white, fresh, crisp, clean and unmarked. 1968. Both volumes are stated First Editions. The two volumes are uniformly bound in blue-stamped gold cloth. Oversize Hardcover. 8.75" wide by 11.25" tall. This large , heavy two volume set will require SUBSTANTIAL extra postage for International shipments, but only the standard charge for priority or media mail.
