Matching black cloth hardcover volumes, shows rubbing to bottom edges and extremities, none sever, pleasingly clean, gilt stamping to front covers and spines, still bright. Both volumes shaken, however all covers are firmly attached; former owner's name in volume 2 (front paste-down paper), otherwise clean, bright and unmarked copies. Volume II lower corner of text block bumped with faint crease mark. No dust jackets. x + 1,116 and x + 977 pages. An excellent reading/reference set..
