Green cloth with gilt design & lettering, xviii, 299 pages plus 64 pages of b & w photos, plus 5 pages of full colour photos, plus 3 fold out full colour maps (roughly) 22" by 10" (inches), book is in Very Good Plus condition with some minor rubbing on back board & previous owners name stamp on front inside , Dust jacket is (clear acetate) in Very Good Plus condition with 2 closed small tears along top edge. Check out the scans. . Revised Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Very Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
