Large, thick book, dark blue cloth, gilt title fine on front, gilt lettering near very fine on spine, lightly browned inside covers and adjacent end papers, ink name at top of inside front cover, 427 lightly browned apges. DJ has color-illustration of snowy New England village on front, faded on spine with large chip at spine top, white back browned with two chips at top back edge, ads for books by Mary Ellen Chase and Richard Llewelyn on back with praise, small b/w photo of Hicks inside back flap. Poor DJ/Fine book.
