First Edition, no additional printings; folio in blue raw silk cloth; nf in poor glassine dj (heavily torn; large tear from bottom corner of front panel to spine edge; large chip to front panel; edges worn, torn, and chipped) housed in a nf slipcase with a vg original mailing box (edges lightly bumped and worn; bottom end worn; stain on front lid). Superb color reproductions, many foldouts.
