True First Edition with Scribners seal and letter"A" on copyright page, 289 pages, fiction about the wild open spaces of Northern Alberta from Civil War to the 1940's, Book is near Fine, Very clean light brown cloth with brown titles to spine and front boards, tight and square with No previous owner bookplate or writing, text is never read condition, Jacket is at least Very Good Plus, little bit of edge wear, slight chipping to head and heel of spine, and slight wear to rear panel, red and white front panel with 8 very nice illustrations, shows very nicely in a new mylar sleeve. A very clean and most presentable true First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
