Fantastic book on the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, Book is German and printed in Hamburg, Germany, Blue cloth just over 12 inches in height, Book is complete with all tipped in vintage black and white and color plates of athletes, venue and events. 142 pages plus fold out graph depicting the Olympic medal count of 11 countries. Book is Very Good Plus, boards show some light rubbing a few scratches and light wear on corners, gutters sound front board some play, sound binding and No previous owner bookplate or writing, small German bookstore label on front paste down, internally Fine. The very rare dust jacket is Very Good, collage of black and white photos with Olympia 1932 diagonally on front panel edge and corner wear, two- 2 inch square pieces missing from top edge of rear panel, very presentable and shows nicely in a new mylar sleeve. A very rare title in much better than found condition. A superior edition. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall.
