Somewhat edgeworn, with corners rubbed, top and bottom of spine cloth worn, and splitting at spine corners, but holding together well. Gutters lightly cracked but holding up. Pages and plates generally clean, not foxed, only lightly age-toned. xvi + 493 pp. Index.
