Hugh Cunningham, 1841. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1841. No Edition Remarks. 327 pages. Quarter bound brown leather with marbled paper covered boards. Black and white illustrated frontispiece with illustrated plates throughout. Patterned pastedowns. Slight cracking to hinges, with exposed netting, pages remain attached. Pages have moderate tanning and foxing throughout, heavier to title page and pages facing plates. Plates are moderately tanned with some foxing. Water staining to first and last few pages. Patterned text block edges. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rub wear all over. Slight crushing to spine ends causing cracking to leather at ends. Wear marks overall, heavier to spine and edges.
