New York: Grosset & Dunlap. Very Good- in Fair dust jacket. [c.1909-1930s]. Hardcover. A reprint edition of the Myrtle Reed's 1909 novel, which was originally published by Putnam's prior to the issuance of this reprint. This romantic story includes musical themes and an occasional musical notation. --- In light blue cloth-covered boards with cover titling & decorations in silver and cream on cover; spine titling in black. Volume bears 1909 date but possibly published c.1909-1930s. Volume wrapped in dust jacket which repeats the cover design. --- With spots of discoloration to cloth, especially at spine and with acidic staining to endpapers, otherwise tightly-bound and clean. Fragile dust jacket with several tears and some tanning, but mostly intact and wrapped in removable archival mylar protector.; Small Octavo (7-1/2 to 8 in. tall) ; vi, 299, (6, ads) pages .
