Hardcover. 101 pp., illus., map, signed by the author on ffep, wear to jacket extremities and a small square (old price sticker) of upper layer of paper torn from upper right of front panel of dj. Someone has internally repaired/strengthened the top and bottom edges of jacket (but not much beyond the folds at jacket flaps) with brown packing tape which fortunately does not show through, dj now in a clear mylar protector; Signed by Author(s) .
